As you
undoubtedly know, American companies have to contend with a major shortage
of skilled workers in the construction industry. Some projects are delayed
for months due to lack of qualified skilled workers. |
A
recent Construction Industry Institute study showed that 75 percent
of American contractors are already experiencing labor shortages, which
are costing contractors time and money. |
Many
construction companies hesitate to look for Canadian workers because they
don't know where to find them and/or beleive that obtaining the necessary
work permits is too complicated or impossible. |
