2. Copyright and Trademarks
CANAMJOBS.COM and the other names, logos and icons that refer to products and services are registered trademarks. Unless an exception is expressly stated, no elements of our service may be interpreted as giving you the right to use the name of CANAMJOBS.COM. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, posting, represent, reproduce, publish, license, transfer or sell any information, software, product or service obtained from this Web site, nor create material derived from the elements mentioned above. 

3. User Name and Password
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user name and password. CANAMJOBS.COM cannot be held responsible for non-authorized use of your account. Should the confidentiality of this information be compromised, please inform us as soon as possible, to ensure your identity is not used for fraudulent purposes. CANAMJOBS.COM will not be held responsible for loss or damage resulting from the infringement of the security measures described in this section. We therefore suggest you carefully read the LIMITATIONS OF RESPONSIBILITY in Provision 4 of these conditions of service, to learn about the extent of your responsibility regarding the services of CANAMJOBS.COM. 

4. Limitation of Responsibility
Search engines, directories, and contents are provided toll-free by CANAMJOBS.COM, without guarantee regarding the accuracy or availability of sites. Furthermore, CANAMJOBS.COM makes no claims regarding the volume of search results. Information on the Internet is evolving constantly, as do the sites on which the information is published. Consequently, it is impossible to have full updates at all times. CANAMJOBS.COM can therefore not be held responsible for fewer results, or for the inavailability or if a given site. 

Also, CANAMJOBS.COM cannot guarantee the confidentiality of information transmitted via Internet. CANAMJOBS.COM cannot be held responsible for potential damage caused by the inadvertent disclosure. You are entirely responsible for the information.

5. Content Ownership
You continue to hold copyright on all contents you submit to our service. However, you grant a license to CANAMJOBS.COM, for the use of the contents for broadcasting and promotional purposes. This license is granted to CANAMJOBS.COM by submitting your material to our services, and it is provided perpetually, toll-free, on a non-exclusive basis. This agreement of conditions of service is governed by the laws of the province of Quebec. You hereby acknowledge that any disputes resulting from, or related to the use of the services or Internet sites of CANAMJOBS.COM will be submitted to the competent jurisdiction in the district of Montreal, province of Quebec.
